Louise has, over the course of her career spent time working in both the commercial and not for profit sectors. After completing a degree in 1987 Louise joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a Financial and Corporate PR and Marketing agency, where she spent 13 years becoming Director of the UK Business. Whilst at Dewe Rogerson she was involved in numerous privatisations as well as several of the large mergers and acquisitions. Louise left the City to join Heathside Investments, a family finance and managed Venture Business.

In 2011 Louise became Chief Executive of the London Jewish Cultural Centre where she was until 2015 when she helped to orchestrate the merger between the LJCC and JW3. Louise was Chair of UJIA for 6 years before stepping down in March 2024.

More recently Louise retrained as an Executive and Leadership Coach gaining her certification from Henley Business School. Louise is an Associate of Pelham Street a leading advisory and executive coaching firm, where she works with senior leaders across a broad range of sectors. Louise is a Trustee of Saracens Multi Academy Trust, a Trustee of the Chelsea Football Club Foundation and Vice Chair of the JLC.
