The focus is on making evaluation proportionate, both to your resources and to the people you work with. It takes a practical, structured approach to helping you decide what to measure and why, and how to measure that as effectively and efficiently as possible; with a particular focus on using surveys.
This interactive and practical workshop, facilitated by Elliot Trevithick from NPC, will show you how effective measurement and evaluation can increase the impact of your organisation.
