The JLC mourns the loss of Sir Howard Bernstein

Following the sad passing of Sir Howard Bernstein, Chair of the JLC Keith Black states:

“Howard was an outstanding leader of his generation and integral part of the community. Former Manchester council chief executive and Vice President of the JLC, Howard brought unparalleled experience to our community and will be sorely missed. I will especially miss his wise and practical advice.”
