This session will increase your awareness, understanding and skills about working in groups and teams. When a group or team meet the members often concern themselves with what needs to be done. However relationships are a key part of the meeting and this impacts on the team performance. This session explores the dynamics of a team or group with the aim of increasing the delegates ability to be effective in a team.

To introduce delegates to the models of team dynamics and helping them apply them to their practice. It will include

• West - seven simple tips for rebuilding your team
It will also explore how team time is used to set the culture of the team and the stages in running an effective meeting.
